Summary:

Christine tries to convince her husband's friend Paul to sell his champagne business to an American company and asks her husband Chris to persuade him. While on a trip to Hamburg, Paul picks up a girl in a restaurant who turns up dead, and Paul can't remember a thing. When Chris finds out, he promptly tells his wife, who then blackmails Paul into selling the business. When another woman turns up dead, and Paul is again the last person to see her alive, Paul begins questioning his own sanity.
